Joe Delfino - DiscoverText User Support Specialist

Joe Delfino, currently, a DiscoverText User Service Specialist, has worked on several different projects for Texifter. His current projects include analyzing data and formulating classifiers with data from JetBlue and ESPN, Help Wiki updates, and social media outreach. He started in with Texifter in January, and began work on analysis of data in the Rhodes project, which sought to analyze the speeches of prior presidents. At the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Joe is a Middle Eastern Studies major, and Economics minor. He constantly occupies his time by reading on new technologies, staying in tune with social media, and reading on finance. Outside of Texifter, Joe enjoys running at 5:30 in the morning, trying new foods, and walking endless miles through neighborhoods in Brooklyn. |
